This movie hasn’t hit the theatres yet but is to do so the 29th of June. Altho these aren’t to be released until fall I’ve already finished the covers for this title.

In theatres nationwide the 29th of June!

Couple of weeks ago I was asked to redo the theatrical poster for this title. Didn’t have that much time on this but I’m pretty ok with the end-result!
The theatrical release for Finland is 29.6.2012!

Been working on this yesterday and the next step would be to make the background and character
Really fond of this way to work with spray, airbrush and paintmarkers. Timeconsuming, but I think the results are pretty awesome when you really put some effort in it!

I’ve always wanted to do some horror-design and here it finally is. A dvd-set of 8 horrormovies belonging to the Dark Label franchise. Should hit the stores on June the 6th and will be available in all major markets across the country.

Kumman Kaa DVD-box

So, some weeks back I designed this box containing all the episodes for the Series “Kumman Kaa”. I received the first physical copy today and hopefully people will like the release
The box should hit the store-shelves on April the 25th.

Tamok-valley in Norway

So, yesterday I came back from our 6-day trip to Norway where we spent 4 nights out in the wild. And the scenery up there sure was spectacular! As we entered the arm of Finland the surroundings started changing and as we entered Norway we could already see fullblown mountains. As we arrived the northern lights were starting to appear and by the time whe put up our camp, the sky was on fire.
We hiked up a bit on a mountainside slope and it was no easy task. Everyone of us had a sleigh packed with gear we were forced to drag it up the steep hill in snowshoes. We the put up camp by the treeline and got settled in. Me and my Friend Ilkka slept in a tent while Peltsi and Kipi were sleeping in a snowcave they had built. I also made myuself a snowcave but by the time I had dragged all my stuff into it I realized I’d made it too small. The two first nights and days it was pretty cold but with lots of sunshine and clear skies. The last two days we had a pretty warm, cloudy and wet weather, which was a bit dissappointing as we missed the northern lights and full moon scenery at night.

Northern Norway

Only 2 days left until I leave for a weeks camping-trip to the mountains of norhtern Norway. It’s going to be a rough and cold trip but I bet it’s going to be worth it!
So check in after a week or two to see the pics from the trip!

Northern Lights again

So, the last week was pretty interesting since we had Northern Lights several times on our skies. On the first trip I didnt bring my tripod which ofcourse ended in very poor results. However, my dear brother Beije managed to snap some amazing pictures that you can view on his website www.beije.fi!

Yesterday I was checking out the latest magnetograms and decided to go out and take a look. Just as I arrived the Auroras were fading away but I managed to snap this one pic before it silently died away
